Our team has the problem to do upload of files on SVN repository last a couple of days. The upload speed is extremely slow and sometimes it is not possible to complete the commit. The general connection speed is good enough and we do not have the problem from other internet services. We are using the service from Serbia / Europe. CloudForge then last Friday (just before the weekend = dumb in the first place) they moved our repos to a data center in Europe - without informing us in advance as promised. Since then, all repos are locekd and we cannot commit anything. Help from CloudForge so far? Besides "We look into this" - Nothing! I can only warn from using this company's services. In case of problems, don't expect help! After this incident, we will go elsewhere. This is no way to treat paying customers. I searched the help section for similar queries but I am not able to find where this "Monitoring" option is in Teamforge?. For individual tasks, I could see the "Monitoring" button and I have my Name added here, but am still not receiving any emails from Teamforge. How can delete some old files to regain some space? This is really urgent because we are not able to commit any new fixes. 0 Gary Colston January 03, 2018 20:23 After uploading 370 megs of a 570 meg project, the process aborted abruptly and the error message said that the server closed the connection. It was committing extremely slowly. It took between 1.5 and 2 hours to commit only 370 megs. Now it shows not one single file was commited and I have to start over again? This is unacceptable!
