    Our other team members are experiencing as well. I opened a ticket but only "high" priority. Since this is confirmed, someone want to open a critical one?

    OK, it is good to know there is an explanation. Thanks for clearing that up, Ashok.

    While I have your attention, would you mind deleting the first message above that starts out "Others saw:" ? I'd do it myself but that doesn't seem to be an option. Thanks.

    Is there pre-work occurring that would cause "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"?

    We have at least three users who are unable to connect. Here is an example message:

    $ git pull
    no such identity: XXX: No such file or directory
    Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).
    fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

    Please make sure you have the correct access rights
    and the repository exists.

    Hi Shannon / Mark ,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. The maintenance was scheduled for today, i.e 01-06-2016 PST hours. I have initially updated an incorrect date by mistake while converting the timezone to PDT. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Ashok.
