Services affected: TeamForge,  SVN , CVS, GIT and WebDav services.

This is a message to remind you that our quarterly maintenance window is scheduled on Friday August 21st to update our storage infrastructure and update firewall configurations.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  For more information about this maintenance window, or to report other unrelated issues, please contact CloudForge Support.

Update: Maintenance has been completed. All the services are restore an should be accessible now.   Please feel free to file support ticket if there are any issues. Thank you for your patience.

I agree with Voculus Tech. I only found out about this outage when I tried to check in my code

Me too. Can't believe Cloudforge, a service company, needs to shutdown quarterly. It should run continuously, unless there is emergency which also needs to be contained. This is 2015.

I am really surprised. This affects my work, also likely a lot of other people and companies.

I completely agree with these comments that something should change - there should be a better level of service, or at least better communication.

My SVN has been down for 5+ hours straight. Your public site (www.cloudforge.com) is also down for me, even though it's not mentioned in your maintenance message, which makes it really hard to find this message without knowing to try help.cloudforge.com

Finally, your login page (app.cloudforge.com) lists "Scheduled Maintenance" - but this one isn't even there! See the attached screenshot.

    David / Ramesh,

I will update this article once the maintenance is completed. As mentioned in the description, the services should be available much ahead of actual 10 hours window. Thank you.
