    Hello Criag,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. There was a confusion with timezone conversion in my initial post which showed a difference of 12 hours. I have just corrected it so that the other customers will be correctly notified. I will keep you posted as soon as our maintenance is completed in this forum. Thank you for understanding.

12 Hours with no service seems extreme, doen't it? In Feb 2015 there already was a 24 Hour maintenance with no service. Is this going to happen every 3 months? Why are there such long blackout periods required?

I have been keeping my mouth shut so far, but now I must have to voice out that (finally) my business has been affected by this outage seriously. I know I am only on the Standard Plan that you guys have removed the up-time SLA to avoid complaints, but as all the outages are logged, I would say that the CloudForge service is getting worse and not even getting a correct way to improve over the years. I will bookmark this and will write an article to your CEO via LinkedIn in case any similar outage happens again soon.

    Hello RelationArte / Ryan ,

We regret for the inconvenience caused. CloudForge performs these quarterly maintenance tasks to maintain and upgrade common infrastructure components to be able to provide you a better usage experience. Even though we plan a 12 hours window for these tasks, the actual down time will be much lesser than 12 hours. I am closely working with our operations team to make these services are accessible at the earliest.
