We need to apply new firmware to our main Firewall and then reboot the firewall gear.
We have scheduled this upgrade at 5 PM PST (2 hours from now) today and that will result in a brief outage of up to 10 minutes.

Update: We have applied the firmware and things are back to normal. We had 4 minute interruption (00:01 - 00:05 UTC) while this was applied.
