Description: We are performing maintenance on our db01 server. During this time, you may see commit failures and access to various services may be down. 

[NOTE] You may see failed commit errors for SVN and GIT and inaccessibility of all services while the maintenance is performed. The interruption should be no longer than 30 minutes for each of the services.

Update: Maintenance is completed. All the services are up and running. Please feel free to file a support ticket if you still see any issues with accessing services.

    Has the maintenance started now because , we are experiencing SVN down . commit , updates are not happening ?? Anticipating your reply.

    Then It looks like it has fixed itself. My team and I have tried few minutes before and it worked . Will raise the Ticket if issue re-occurs .  Thank you for getting back .

    I am experiencing downtime on the SVN. The scheduled maintenance time is over. Are you still working on this?

    The maintenance has not started yet. I see that your services are accessible from the back-end. If you still have any issues, please file a support ticket to us. We will assist you in further.

    I hope the latest update is a mistake. In your warning you have stated that the mainetance will take place 

    06-24-2014 23:00 to 06-25-2014 03:00 UTC

    to me this means that the maintenance will be handled the night between June 24 th and June 25th... we have now got 9:55 am and the maintenance should be completed hours ago.

    What time do you actually expect the work to take place???

    We need SVN and TeamForge with ticket integration during our working hours

    Hi Lene,

    We apologize for the confusion caused. The maintenance was scheduled for this evening PDT after 3PM. There was an incorrect date given earlier in this maintenance post which I have now corrected. Thank you for pointing it and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Appology accepted... but I need you to confirm that the mainenance will start today at June 25th at 3pm PDT.... to us EU based users this means that you will start working this evening June 25th at 10pm UCT?

    I need to inform my customers and colleagues and they are rather confused by the latest information

    I experienced downtime a few times for several minutes after which the service came back online. I understand that the service is actually scheduled for tonight so I don't now what happened. Other services where available but the SVN service not. We checked from two different locations.

    We will wait until after the maintenance. I we still experience problems after that I will file a support ticket.
