    Hi Gopal,

You are correct. However, the on going maintenance is only with TeamForge server and it will not effect the other services. The commit seems to be failing here since you are using ticket integration with TeamForge? Please follow this post for more updates on the maintenance. https://help.cloudforge.com/entries/40096350-Weekly-Maintenance-TeamForge-services-28th-May-10-30-AM-04-30-PM-UTC-

    Thank you,

    Ashok.

That was very irresponsible to start unplanned maintenance without notifying customers.  This broke check-ins for MANY users during a very busy part of the work day in North America.  You owe your users an apology.

    Hi Goplal / Rick,

Please accept my apologies for the confusion caused due to my previous update. This maintenance has not started when you experienced this issue. The commits were failing as a result of another ongoing 'scheduled' maintenance on TeamForge servers during that time https://help.cloudforge.com/entries/40096350-Weekly-Maintenance-TeamForge-services-28th-May-10-30-AM-04-30-PM-UTC- . Thank you for your patience.

    Ashok.
