Ashok I do feel sorry for you as I have been taking a similar role as you very long time before. I really remember you because CloudForge have issues so often that I always see your name.

However I would rather not to see your name any more by having the service going back to normal and more stable as soon as possible. Please keep us informed as we really need to commit our codes within the coming 3 ours.

CloudForge is simply not good enough for commerical use.

Agree Ryan, thinking about moving our Repros back in house, and just managing my own backups of it etc. Never had any downtime before I moved it to the cloud :(

Totally agree with all the comments above - We have been using cloudforge for close to half a year now, and this happened quite a few times. Downtime due to repository issues, are really unheard of in a commercial environment, yet with cloudforge, you'll probably have such an event every month.

Is there any compensation for these outages, as this costs us serious money.

Been using you since days of CVSDude - really does seem to be getting worse as a service.

    Hi Matthew / Benjamin / Arthur / Ryan ,

I am closely working with our internal teams to get this resolve at the earliest. We have completely resolved the connectivity issues with Git, Bugz and WebDav services so far. I am still working on resolving this issue for SVn and TeamForge services with a high priority. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We also are planning to transfer our repos on more secure and stable source control system.
We will ask for compensation for the outages too.

Too many problems and really too often, for a professional commercial service. Sadly, I agree with Ryan, "CloudForge is simply not good enough for commerical use.".

Any suggestions Silvano? We're using SVN but I've done zero investigation yet.

I could not check in my SVN code now but I could not complain as I am a free user as a university student.
