Outage:Authentication services down (Fixed)

Services Affected :  All the services are affected.

Description :We are currently facing issue with our authentication server. Few of our CloudForge users would experience difficulties to authenticate with the service. Our CloudForge Operations team are working on this with high priority to resolve the issue at the earliest. We will keep the posted updated on the progress

Update: This issue has been fixed and all the service are accessible now . Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please feel free to file support case if any issues.

    We have been waiting for several hours.  Is there an ETA for the systems to be back up?  Thank you.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, the services are being brought up and you should be able to access the service now. Please check and feel free to file a support ticket if any issues.

     The svn issues has been fixed. Please try again. You should be able to commit without any issues.

    Did this change the RSA key on your server and/or its IP address?  I'm seeing the following and want to verify (just in case):

    The RSA host key for git.cloudforge.com has changed,
    and the key for the corresponding IP address 208.87.11.87

    The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is
    e7:12:c4:08:7c:16:17:d7:ca:3d:2b:10:8b:76:a4:e2.

    Can you confirm this is the correct IP address and new RSA key?
