    Hi All,

We have identified the source of the problem to be our service layer which hosts all our virtual stack. Since the core infrastruture is affected we are not able to rely on our fail over mechanisms, currently we are moving these servers away from the bad host. Unfortunately at this point we do not have ETA on the fix. We will keep you updated on the progress. Thank you very much for your patience.

    Ashok.

This does seem to be a pretty brutal outage... bit of a lost day for me!

Me too. I hope this is a very rare occurrence, or my company won't be able to use Cloudforge anymore.

Seriously.. I'm on a time frame, and working on a video game with my team.. I can't afford to lose days like this.. My team has been trying to commit a new update to the game since 12:00 this afternoon.. It is now 5:00.... Hopefully it will at least be today...
