Outage : Authentication server down (Fixed)

Services Affected :  All the services are affected.

Description : We experienced a technical glitch with our authentication server and certain CloudForge users might have experienced difficulties to authenticate with the services. We have brought the services back to normal (11:56 AM UTC).

    How long was this down for? Our India team found this server to be down for hours- through out Monday, 3/3. This is causing major development impact. We've had these type of issues on a weekly basis for the past 2 months and I'm afraid this is simply not working. Not pleased that there isn't a phone number to call either.

    Still not working for me, and it wasn't five hours ago either... Major disruption in our development every time this happen, and it's happening a lot.

    Still broken here. This seems to be happening more and more. I'll be honest when it comes to renewning the service I highly doubt we will. Time to move to another provider!!

    This is shocking!  You are causing MAJOR disruption to us. And this is happening far far to often now!
