Authentication Issues (FIXED)

Impact : Subset of CloudForge Users

Description: We are currently facing authentication issues related to LDAP. Subset of  CloudForge users might experience accessibility issues. Our infrastructure team is working on this with high priority. Please watch this space for updates on this issue.

     We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our infrastructure team has identified the cause for this issue. We are yet to apply the fix on live servers. I will further update you here once we fix it completely.

    Our Apologies!

    The cause of the issue is highly complicated & is taking long time to come up with a final resolution. Our operations team has attempted to restore access in multiple ways but have been confronted with evolving bottlenecks. Unfortunately we do not have an ETA yet, however will provide one as soon as we have one. At this moment all our efforts are on restoring the service access. We will continue to provide status every 30 mins on this page.

    We have identified a solution for the problem & will be applying it in our servers immediately. Due to the nature of issue the restoration of access would be slow & all user access should be restored in the next 2 hrs.

    The issue that occurred site wide was fixed. If individual organizations are facing the access issue it must be due to independent occurance. We request those organizations to file a ticket with support team to address the issue. Thank you
